Disability Services Resource Center (DSRC) was founded in 1933 and is dedicated to helping people with disabilities in Bay County.

Our mission is to serve individuals who are temporarily and permanently disabled with awareness, support, and recreational opportunities. We believe that all people, regardless of their disability, should have the opportunity to experience the rich rewards of daily living.

Ramp Building is a year-round program with emphasis on our annual Ramp Blitz held in June and our Nexteer build held in the fall.

Summer Special Needs Enrichment Opportunities (SSNEPs)

DSRC is sponsoring the 2022 Summer Special Needs Enrichment Programs. Pre-Admission opens April 19 and is due by May 31, 2022. Cost for this 6-week, Mon.-Weds. program, June 20-July 27 (less July 4), is $525. Various ways to raise the funds are available. ALSO, DSRC will provide campership scholarships for children and adults to attend educational and recreational camps of their choice throughout the state of Michigan that are not hosted by DSRC.
