Summer Special Needs Enrichment Programs (SSNEPs) (Mon-Thurs)

Bay County youth and young adults with special needs can participate in the 2024 Summer Special Needs Enrichment Programs hosted by Disability Services Resource Center at $425/participant (a reduced rate from last year because of grant funding available PLUS we have added Thursdays onto each week – except July 4). Completion of the age/skill appropriate fillable Pre-Admission Form is required by May 22. Additional forms will need to be completed once the participant has been accepted into the program. Limited space available. NOTE: these Pre-Admission Forms are FILLABLE meaning you can download them to your computer and type into the fields on the bottom of the form. Then, simply save it to your computer with the changes and attach it to a return email to dsrcbc@gmail.com.
